page! My topic is addition and the grade level for the websites are
kindergarten through 5th grade. I also have websites for parents
and also teachers to use. I chose this topic because I am a getting a
math concentration and I would love if these websites helped students
learn more about addition.

Fun Brain http://www.funbrain.com/math/index/html This is where kids can have fun while reviewing their skills. This is a great interactive website so the kids get excited about addition. Kids Numbers http://www.kidsnumbers.com/add it up.php This is a beat the clock game where kids try to add up numbers and get a high score before the clock runs out. It lets you practice your addition skills through a fun game. Kids Puzzles http://www.kids-puzzles.com/MathTileAdd.html On this website, kids play a game where they are doing addition problems at the same time as they are trying to get rid of all the tiles. It gives different worksheets with different types of addition problems. There will be a series of answers so the kids can see different options. They also give different tools and formulas for teachers to use. The other teachers are able to help think of solutions on how to do something. It has over 156 problems where children can practice their addition. The kids can write the answer with a dry erase marker and then eraser it when they are done with the page.  Hershey's Kisses Addition Book Author: Jerry Pallotta Publisher: Cartwheel Books Publication Date: 2001 This book shows how math can be fun. It has people from the circus counting different objects so that the kids become interested in addition.  The M&M's Addition Book Author: Barbara Barbieri McGrath Publisher: Charlesbridge Pub Inc. Publication Date: 2004 This book uses M&M's to get the kids interested in reading the book and also about addition. By seeing that they can add by using basically any object, they will want to be adding more and more.  My Book of Addition Author: Shinobu Akaishi and Eno Sarris Publisher: Kumon Pub North America Ltd. Publication Date: 2005 This book is used so the kids can understand the concept of addition.  Adding II Sticker Math Book Author: Fiona Watt Publisher: Usborne Pub Ltd.
